By accessing or using Lingara (the "Service"), operated by Karema Digital ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lingara is an AI-powered video translation platform that provides: automatic speech transcription, AI-assisted translation, a subtitle editor, and subtitle export (SRT, VTT, burned-in video). The Service uses artificial intelligence and may produce results that require manual review and editing.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content

By uploading content to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including copyright and intellectual property.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the resulting translations.

We do not claim ownership of your content. Your uploaded files and generated subtitles remain yours. We access your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws.
• Use the Service for any unauthorized or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

6. AI-Generated Content

Transcriptions and translations are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The Service provides tools for you to review and edit all output. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before use.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Upon deletion, all your data including projects, segments, and uploaded files will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
