• To process your uploaded content using AI models for transcription and translation.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• OpenAI API: for AI-powered transcription and translation. Your audio content is sent to OpenAI for processing. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
• Google OAuth: if you choose to sign in with Google, your authentication is handled by Google's services.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and implement access controls to protect your information. Uploaded files are stored in isolated storage accessible only through your authenticated account. We retain your uploaded content only as long as your project exists. When you delete a project, all associated files are permanently removed.

• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile page.
• Request information about how your data is processed.

7. Cookies

We use local storage (not cookies) to store your authentication tokens and user preferences (such as theme and subtitle style settings). No third-party tracking cookies are used.
